Who has the world largest breast implants?

Sheyla Hershey breast implants, largest breast implants, Dr. Nicholas Vendemia, MAS, Manhattan Aesthetic Surgery, Breast Augmentation New York City, Breast Enlargement NYC, biggest boobsSheyla Hershey, a 28 year old Texan, is the proud owner of 38KKK breasts that make Heidi Montag’s look like a push-up bra!

Sheyla is a “singer/dancer/actress/model” who traveled to Brazil to have her 34FFF’s upgraded to 38KKK that she wanted but couldn’t get in the United States.

Dr. Nicholas Vendemia of Manhattan Aesthetic Surgery in New York City says, “There’s a reason why Sheyla had to leave the US to get implants this big… they’re simply not safe! I’ve seen reports that she has over one gallon of silicone, which equates to implants that are 1800-2000cc each. That’s a staggering size considering that the largest breast implant made in this country is 800cc!

Dr. Vendemia adds, “Sheyla has already had well over a dozen surgeries on her breasts, and she will eventually face a situation when it is no longer possible for her to have breast implants because her skin and soft tissue will be so stretched out. She is almost guaranteed to have a complication like symmastia, capsular contracture, or implant malposition at some point, all of which are very difficult, if not impossible, to fix.”

See, bigger isn’t always better… and size definitely matters!

Does Kelly Ripa need belly button surgery?

If you take a vote on who has the most amazing abs in Hollywood, Kelly Ripa should definitely be on the ballot!

Take a look at her belly button though… talk about a major outtie! Her little alien belly button is a bit of an eyesore in the center of such a sculpted physique, and we’re wondering if Kelly could benefit from an Umbilicoplasty (belly button surgery)?

Park Avenue plastic surgeon, Dr. Nicholas Vendemia, says “Umbilicoplasty is a great little procedure for someone like Kelly. She’s got an amazing body that certainly doesn’t need any improvements, but if her outtie bothered her, I would recommend an umbilicoplasty. It’s a simple, in-office procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia with almost no downtime. Kelly could come into the office with an outtie, and leave with a cute little innie!”

Dr. V adds “It’s also important to check for an umbilical hernia in a case like Kelly’s. We know that she’s had a few children, and since her belly button seems to be the only part of her that stretched out during her pregnancies, it’s possible that a small hernia may be present. If we found an umbilical hernia, we would repair it during the umbilicoplasty procedure, and she would be as good as new.”

Lisa’s Lumpy Lips! Why long-lasting fillers aren’t the best option for lip augmentation…

Last year, we told you about Lisa Rinna’s corrective lip surgery that she needed to fix the lumpy oversized lips she got from silicone injections. As you can see, her lips look dramatically better than they did when they were overflowing with silicone, but that doesn’t mean Lisa is out of the woods in terms of developing further problems. She was most likely attracted to the idea of using silicone to augment her lips because silicone is a permanent filler… that’s right… permanent!

While it’s understandable that having to do something like lip injections a single time sounds like a good idea, permanent fillers like silicone, or long-lasting fillers like Radiesse and Artefill, are not always the best option when it comes to facial rejuvenation, especially in mobile parts of the face like the areas around the mouth and eyes.

The circular muscles around our eyes and mouth (the obicularis oculi and the obicularis oris) contract thousands of times every day as we talk, chew, kiss and tell. These repetitive contractions massage fillers into small balls over time, so the longer the filler last, or the more that is used, the more likely it will be that it forms a ball (lump). With a permanent filler like silicone, you can almost guarantee that you will get a lump (or two, or three) at some point, and the same is true for temporary, but long-lasting, fillers like Radiesse and Artefill.

So, while it seems like a good idea to get a filler that lasts a long time, you have to think about the downsides of a filler that will stick around long enough to be massaged into lumps by your facial muscles. HA fillers like Juvederm and Restylane don’t last as long as the others, but that they are much less likely to form lumps, and even if they do, they will go away relatively quickly. HA fillers typically last 4-6 months, and they are much softer in their composition which means that they look and feel much more natural. You do have to have the procedure repeated twice a year to maintain the results, but this sure beats having permanent lumpy overfilled lips, and the painful extended recovery of corrective lip reduction surgery!

Here are a few of our Before & After Lip Augmentation results with Juvederm. Very natural, and very beautiful…

No More Lumpy Lips for Lisa! According to HuffPo and People Mag, Lisa Rinna recently came clean about getting silicone injected into her lips on a whim back in the 80’s while jaunting around town with a friend. She admits that at the time she didn’t think any more of it than getting a tattoo, but now 25 years later she found herself going under the knife for “corrective surgery”. The prob … Read More
