This time around, they look a little better, but I still think there are a few ways that this result could have been better, especially form someone like Nicole who will always be in the spotlight, and guaranteed to generate a paparazzi photo frenzy everywhere she goes:

Does Rachel Bilson Need Breast Implants?

Rachel Bilson is a beautiful petite girl, but she doesn’t have perfect proportions. This is where a little plastic surgery could go a very long way!

Notice that she doesn’t have the tiniest waist in the world, and even though she’s petite, she still has hips. Her hips are pretty much the first thing you notice about her in this pic, and that’s not because she’s “hippy”. It’s because her chest is so small.

She’s got plenty of curve on the bottom, but none on the top. A pair of moderate profile silicone implants in the range of 300-339cc would give Rachel a nice natural C-cup breast, and balance out her body to create better symmetry and proportion. Breast implants would make her waist appear smaller and give the illusion that she lost a few pounds!

Plus, they would make it a lot easier for her to keep that strapless bikini up 🙂  No more fashion tape!

Blake Lively’s Busting Breast Implants!

Take a look at beautiful Blake Lively’s breast implants almost busting out of her shirt at a recent promotional event for her new movie, the Green Lantern.

Blake looks gorgeous as usual, but her implants are a little too big for her frame. The volume of her implants looks OK, but they’re a little too wide for her chest, which is why she has crazy cleavage! There’s a little too much implant in the cleavage zone, and that takes away some of the “natural” look that most women want when they have breast augmentation surgery. It’s always a compromise between getting a size that’s big enough to make a difference, but not so big that it looks terribly fake. Tori Spelling is looking scary thin lately!

She says that she lost most of the weight after a bout of swine flu. I’m surprised that we haven’t seen that one in the Hollywood headlines… “The Swine Flu Diet” 🙂

All kidding aside, she looks awful. I know it’s fashionable to be thin, but this is way overkill. Her ribs are visible in the front and back, her hair looks brittle and thin, and she looks 10 years older than she is because she has no volume in her face. Her breast implants look terrible on such a skinny chest because there’s absolutely no tissue to camouflage them.

What can Tori do to look a little better while she’s gets her strength back and gains some weight?

We can’t blame you for wanting to sneak a peek at Posh. Feast your eyes on this pic from last Thursday’s Range Rover 40th Anniversary event in London.

Victoria is as posh as ever in this stunning nude dress from her own luxurious line. It skims her lipo-less body in all the right places including her immaculate implants.The seductive, subtle shine of her matching Brian Atwood heels flawlessly finishes off the look and lengthen her legs as well.

With Victoria taking on a new position as the creative design director for Range Rover’s Evoque line of hybrid luxury vehicles, we can’t wait to see how she’ll spice things up in the  “Brand Beckham” models next year.

In the mean time, we’ll just have to use our imaginations. We’re thinking platinum handbag hooks, lots of good lighting, and possibly a walk-in closet as well!

Of course, we don’t actually think Teresa’s decision to have breast augmentation surgery was the only reason she had to file for bankruptcy, but there’s always something to be said for making smart purchases.  If Teresa had been a better money manager, she may have been able to avoid selling the custom-built mansion that she just finished building!

The Heidi Montag Surgery Saga… It Never Ends!

Heidi, you have a wake up! You’re 23 going on 33, you’ve got the largest size breast implants that they make, you and your husband aren’t speaking to your families, no one will cast you in any movie roles, and you say crazy stuff like “I want to be an H cup because H is for Heidi”.  Plus, not even a month ago you said “I made a huge mistake“, so how good could your decision to have 10 surgeries in one day possibly be?

It might be time for Heidi to trade in her plastic surgeon for a psychiatrist.

Heidi Montag’s Obsession With “Perfection” is Turning Hollywood Upside Down

Heidi Montag has almost single-handedly created a backlash in Hollywood against plastic surgery for wanna-be actresses. Her huge breast implants and overfilled face are turning off casting director left and right.  Famous producer Lauren Lloyd says “All the women are looking the same with their little noses, big eyes, lipo-sucked bodies, and huge breasts. She [Heidi] is limited in what she can play. Her plastic surgery is so obvious that she can’t play the girl next door roles.”  Lauren’s quotes are pretty mild compared to some others who said “She looks scary!”

Not only is she going to ruin her body by having WAY too much surgery, but she may also ruin her career.  And, unfortunately, there’s no sign that she’s coming to her senses despite the huge amount of negative publicity her “plastic” looks are getting.  Heidi, who is currently a “DDD” cup, apparently wants to be an “H”… for “Heidi”.

It sounds like she needs a brain surgeon… not a plastic surgeon.

Kate Hudson: Did she or didn’t she?

When Lisa Rinna was asked about Kate Hudson’s alleged breast augmentation, she said “it’s nobody’s business”, and “everyone needs to do whatever they need to do to make themselves feel good”.  Supermodel Paulina Porizkova had a totally different take on the matter and said that she’s “heartbroken” over Kate’s decision to get breast implants… a little dramatic aren’t you Paulina??
