Last month, the whole world saw Lindsay Lohan show up in an ultra boob-a-licious white dress, but did anyone notice that she’s looking a little saggy for a young woman with breast implants?

Don’t get me wrong… I’m not saying that she looks “bad”… I’m just saying that her breast implants don’t have the typical appearance for someone her age. They are still very full and shapely, but just a bit lower than you might expect them to be. We know Lindsay has had her breast implants for several years now, so it’s not a surprise that she’s now experiencing some sagging.

Amongst all the fashion and flash of Saturday night’s DGA awards, one of the evening’s best comments made was from the perenially unique Helena Bonham Carter.

Donning a dark and daring black dress with a neckline down to there, Helena was hardly even phased by her award  for her role in “The King’s Speech”. When asked by Us Magazine who she was wearing, the actress replied, ” Today I’m wearing huge breasts….these are my Golden Globes!”.

We have to agree that her corset gave her breast implant worthy cleavage and that her one of a kind style always leaves us wondering “what will she do next?”.

Never mind the “King”, this Queen and her ladies in waiting continue to rule!

Heidi Montag Wants To “Downgrade” Her Breast Implants!

According to HuffPo, Heidi Montag suddenly wants to downsize her breast implants!

This comes as somewhat of a surprise to all of us at HSPS since we’ve been following Heidi’s quest to become an “H” cup (“H is for Heidi”), and her transformation from blonde beauty to frozen “putty face”.

“I’m desperate to go back to normal life again”, says Heidi, ironically one week after the tragic death of her plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan. “I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a DD.”

We’re not sure if she’ll live up to this statement, but we know one thing for sure… her new plastic surgeon has his work cut out for him!

Does Rachel Bilson Need Breast Implants?

Rachel Bilson is a beautiful petite girl, but she doesn’t have perfect proportions. This is where a little plastic surgery could go a very long way!

Notice that she doesn’t have the tiniest waist in the world, and even though she’s petite, she still has hips. Her hips are pretty much the first thing you notice about her in this pic, and that’s not because she’s “hippy”. It’s because her chest is so small.

She’s got plenty of curve on the bottom, but none on the top. A pair of moderate profile silicone implants in the range of 300-339cc would give Rachel a nice natural C-cup breast, and balance out her body to create better symmetry and proportion. Breast implants would make her waist appear smaller and give the illusion that she lost a few pounds!

Plus, they would make it a lot easier for her to keep that strapless bikini up 🙂  No more fashion tape!

But what happened to those gorgeous implants that we saw not too long ago? They don’t look so good all of a sudden. That “natural slope” at the top of her breast is gone, and now you can see the edge of the implant clear as day. She’s gone from fab to fake!

Blake Lively’s Busting Breast Implants!

Take a look at beautiful Blake Lively’s breast implants almost busting out of her shirt at a recent promotional event for her new movie, the Green Lantern.

Blake looks gorgeous as usual, but her implants are a little too big for her frame. The volume of her implants looks OK, but they’re a little too wide for her chest, which is why she has crazy cleavage! There’s a little too much implant in the cleavage zone, and that takes away some of the “natural” look that most women want when they have breast augmentation surgery. It’s always a compromise between getting a size that’s big enough to make a difference, but not so big that it looks terribly fake. Megan Fox Loses Her Engagement Ring (again!), But Finds a Fabulous Red Carpet Dress… and breast implants!

Super sexy starlette Megan Fox reportedly lost her engagement ring (for the second time!) on the beach in Hawaii… I can’t say I blame her though… I’d probably lose mine too if “David Silver” gave it to me 🙂

No worries though… she made up for losing the ring (and then some!) with this unbelievable plunging neckline at a recent LA movie premiere!

Her cleavage looks incredible, and for anyone out there who’s scared about looking fake after getting breast implants, this is a great example of what’s possible when you’re in the hands of a qualified plastic surgeon.

  • The size is perfect for her. The implants are in perfect proportion to the rest of her body.
  • They are not sitting too high on her chest (a very common problem with unqualified surgeons).
  • They have a beautiful slope on the upper edge that mimics a natural breast very well (a difficult thing to achieve in a woman who is as lean as Megan)

It looks like her lips have settled down a bit after her injections too… another plus 🙂

Real Housewife Teresa Giudice Went Broke for Breast Implants!

Of course, we don’t actually think Teresa’s decision to have breast augmentation surgery was the only reason she had to file for bankruptcy, but there’s always something to be said for making smart purchases.  If Teresa had been a better money manager, she may have been able to avoid selling the custom-built mansion that she just finished building!

Heidi Montag’s Obsession With “Perfection” is Turning Hollywood Upside Down

Heidi Montag has almost single-handedly created a backlash in Hollywood against plastic surgery for wanna-be actresses. Her huge breast implants and overfilled face are turning off casting director left and right.  Famous producer Lauren Lloyd says “All the women are looking the same with their little noses, big eyes, lipo-sucked bodies, and huge breasts. She [Heidi] is limited in what she can play. Her plastic surgery is so obvious that she can’t play the girl next door roles.”  Lauren’s quotes are pretty mild compared to some others who said “She looks scary!”

Not only is she going to ruin her body by having WAY too much surgery, but she may also ruin her career.  And, unfortunately, there’s no sign that she’s coming to her senses despite the huge amount of negative publicity her “plastic” looks are getting.  Heidi, who is currently a “DDD” cup, apparently wants to be an “H”… for “Heidi”.

Ga Ga Ooo La La!

In spite of recent rumors that Lady Gaga wants plastic surgery, and in spite of recent polls about whether or not she needs a little liposuction, Lady Gaga has looks fantastic lately! We don’t think she’s had anything done, and we don’t think she needs anything done.  Check out these pics from her sold-out performance in Tokyo, and from her cover shoot for Q Magazine!
