Real Housewife Caroline Manzo Needs a Post-Weight Loss Makeover!

New Jersey Housewife, and head of the household, Caroline Manzo looks great after losing 20lbs recently! She’s following her husband’s lead (he also lost a ton of weight), and now they’re both looking healthier and happier than ever before!

Now that she’s conquering the weight, we think she should take it to the next level and get a plastic surgery makeover!

Brow Lift

Caroline’s lateral brows are a bit droopy, and it’s making her look older and more tired than she actually is. Keeping track of her crazy family and friends wears her out, but she doesn’t have to look like it! A Limited-Incision Lateral Brow Lift, would make her look more energized and refreshed. The incisions are hidden in the hairline so there’s no visible scars, and the entire procedure can be done in less than an hour.

Eyelid Tuck (Blepharoplasty)

The perfect procedure to go along with a lateral brow lift is a blepharoplasty. Caroline definitely has some extra hanging skin on her upper eyelids that also makes her look sleepy and bored. An Upper Lid Blepharoplasty would solve this problem in about 30 minutes with virtually no scars. This procedure can even be performed with just local anesthesia if it is the only procedure being done.

Tip Rhinoplasty

Caroline has a very boxy and droopy nasal tip. Her tip doesn’t have much definition, and it hangs down quite a bit, especially when she’s smiling. In a Tip Rhinoplasty, the cartilage of the nose can be reshaped and lifted to give her a much more attractive look. It’s definitely in her best interest to take care of her tip sooner rather than later because the droopiness is only going to get worse as she gets older. Caroline has a “stiff’ upper lip on the show, but it’s also pretty thin. A touch of Juvederm would plump her pout just right. Neck Lift / Mini-Facelift

See all those wrinkles on the side of her neck? Wouldn’t it be great if those were tightened up? We sure think so. A Mini-Facelift / Neck Lift would smooth out those wrinkles, and give her a more youthful, defined jawline. One small well-hidden incision around the earlobe, and about 60 minutes of surgery, would do the trick.

Arm Liposuction

Caroline’s arms look SO much better now that she’s thinner, but they’re still kinda shapeless because she doesn’t spend a lot of time at the gym. But since we’re telling her to rejuvenate her face, why not rejuvenate her chest too? That dress would look a million times better on her with higher, perkier boobs that only a Breast Lift can give. A breast lift would also create the illusion of further weight loss by making her waist more visible. The procedure would take about 2 hours, and she would wind up with 2-3 scars depending on the technique used:

1. Around the areola
2. From the areola to the breast fold
3. In the breast fold itself
