Khloe Kardashian might be one of the most self-secure women we’ve ever seen. Not only does she have to walk in the shadows of her gorgeous, more famous, sister Kim, but when paparazzi asked her whether or not she was pregnant, she replied “No, I’m just fat”.

We don’t know about you, but we don’t know many woman who could go on with their day, let alone keep a worry-free smile on their face, after being accused of being preggers like that! Kudos to Khloe… she kept her cool on the red carpet.

Now, what can she do about the weight gain?

1. Liposuction

Liposuction might be a good thing for Khloe. Not because it will make her lose weight, because it won’t, but because it may help jumpstart her motivation to lose a few pounds the natural way… through diet and exercise. Everyone needs a little motivational boost sometimes, and whatever you can do (safely) to prepare yourself mentally for adopting a new healthy lifestyle is a good thing. Small volume liposuction (1-2 liters) around Khloe’s waist and hips would make her clothes fit better, would make her feel slimmer and sexier, and would make it much more likely for her to get to the gym like she should. The procedure could be done in about 2 hours, and as long as she was willing to wear her compression garment, she would have a fantastic result!

2. Tummy Tuck

This is another great way for Khloe to slim her waistline a bit, but she should wait until she’s done having kids. The kiddies stretch everything out, including new beautiful tummy tuck results, so it’s best to do it as a reward after the baby-making is complete. Plus, sometimes the little ones take a toll on things other than the tummy, so a full Mommy Makeover might be an even better solution!

3. Diet

Regardless of whether or not Khloe decides to have surgery, she needs to change her diet. She should start small by getting rid of empty calorie foods and drinks like soda, juice, condiments, dressings, and sauces. Another very easy change to make is to go to clear the junk food out the house, right now! Stand up, walk to the fridge, open the cupboards, and toss the chips, cookies, crackers, and cupcakes. After that, try the 21-Day Power Lunch Challenge at work… a little motivation goes a long way!

4. Exercise

Diet and surgery are only temporary solutions. You can’t be on a diet forever, and the fat can come back after liposuction!  That’s right, it can come back. One of the best ways to get yourself back into the gym, or into the gym for the first time, is to hire a personal trainer. Committing to the expense, and to an appointment time, can make all the difference in the world when self-esteem is low, and motivation is even lower.
