This photo of Nicole Kidman at a recent charity event has sparked tons of controversy in the media recently. Some people are questioning whether or not she got breast implants, some people say her implants look great, and some say they look terrible. So what’s the real story? There’s no question that Nicole had breast augmentation surgery… take a look at her lack of cleavage in this pic from a previous event where she wore another low cut gown. It’s obvious that she has breast implants. The only question in our minds is how good (or bad) to they look?
Her implants are riding very high on her chest, and they look very “fake”. Some of this “fakeness” is due to the fact that Nicole is extremely thin. When you have extremely low bodyfat like her, it’s very difficult for any surgeon, no matter how talented, to make breast implants look perfectly natural. If you put a grapefruit under a satin sheet, you’ll have no trouble seeing that there is a large round object under that sheet, right? But if you put the grapefruit under a thick down comforter, you may not see it so easily. It’s the same thing with breast implants. If you have no bodyfat, there’s not much your plastic surgeon can use to hide the implant, and it will definitely look a little fake no matter what.

By “kneading”, I’m assuming that you mean massage, which can be a great way to soften tight implants in the first few weeks after the original surgery. This isn’t gonna cut if for Nicole though. She’s had those implants for years now, so she’s gonna need them redone if she wants a better look… and let’s hope she does cuz they look pretty awful the way they are!
