The only thing on Jessica Simpson’s body that was blowing up this week was her ring finger with some serious ice!

We were so happy to hear from US News that Jessica and her man Eric Johnson are officially engaged on Thursday. It’s good to see her in the news to celebrate such a happy event instead of for one of her infamous gross-out moments, fashion disasters, or because she’s letting herself go.

The big question at HSPS is whether or not Jess will pay a visit to her plastic surgeon before she walks down the aisle. We know she’s already got that million dollar smile, hair extensions, and has dabbled with a puckered pout, so maybe she’ll be considering a little pre-marital lipo or Botox before the big day.

Jess just needs to do her research a little better this time around, both on how to keep her marriage together and how to pick the perfect plastic surgeon.

We wish this happy couple all the best and can’t wait to watch the wedding countdown begin!

Kim Kardashian has officially entered a new decade as she celebrates the big 3-0 today!

Kim’s curves, killer style, and laid back personality have won her millions of fans around the world. Who could blame them? You just cannot take your eyes off of her! She has truly become a style and beauty icon.

Always looking camera-ready, Kim has been no stranger to cosmetic procedures. We know that she is a fan of Botox and laser hair removal and we are sure she will continue her fight against fine lines and any other signs of aging as she settles into her thirties. With the prospects of marriage, kids, and even the effects of such a demanding schedule, it’s going to take more work than ever for Kim to keep up her gold-mine of good looks.

According to HuffPo and People Mag, Lisa Rinna recently came clean about getting silicone injected into her lips on a whim back in the 80′s while jaunting around town with a friend.

She admits that at the time she didn’t think any more of it than getting a tattoo, but now 25 years later she found herself going under the knife for “corrective surgery”.

Three things seem to rule Lindsanity’s life right now… alcohol, drugs, and plastic surgery!

Normally Lindsay would be the butt of a few good one-liners, but this time we think she’s getting too far out of control to make jokes. She’s only 23 with a rap sheet that reads like a book, a collection of mug shots that looks like a Before & After gallery, and a life that’s pathetic enough for porn stars to make fun of. She has known addictions to drugs and alcohol, and now maybe a new addition to plastic surgery.

We just can’t imagine responding to the stress of doing time by rushing off to get lip implants before the slammer closes! She did the same thing last time she went to jail, but back then, she chose fillers for her lip augmentation. This time, according to AwfulPlasticSurgery, she wanted something permanent because she didn’t know how long she was going to be locked up.

Screwed up priorities? You bet ‘cha! Fame and fortune is eating this poor girl alive, and she’s giving new meaning to the phrase “keep a stiff upper lip”

We could reshape the cartilage in the tip of her nose to give her a much ‘cuter’ look without changing the overall appearance of her face. This would be the icing on the cake for her because she’s so cute already.”

Dr. V adds, “The nice thing about tip rhinoplasty is that you don’t get the black and blue raccoon eyes that are very common after a full rhinoplasty. She would be in and out of the office the same day with some minor swelling and very little bruising.”

Just yesterday, Katy’s bad-*ss beau, Russell Brand, was taken in for popping a papparazi after the photog tried to take one too many pics of the sexy songstress.

While we think Russell was just trying to protect his lady, we understand why those cameras were flashing. Days later, we still can’t stop thinking about how Katy Perry nailed it on the white carpet last week at the VMA’s!

Besides her cotton candy highlights and Ice-Capades ensemble, it was Katy’s homage to her hilarious honey, Russell Brand that we loved the most. This is a whole new meaning to getting a man-i!

Since the VMA’s marked the couple’s unofficial one year anniversary, we loved her little ten-finger tribute to her betrothed. This was way better than getting a tattoo of his mangy mug (sorry, Rusty!). These two have been quite, um, handy to each other all week. We can’t wait for their any-day-now wedding!

Most of us don’t lose volume to this extreme (Christopher’s face is almost falling off!), but we all lose it. We spend our lives dieting and sweating away our fat, and then all of a sudden we wish we had some extra to make our faces look young again.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could take some fat from a place that we have too much and put it in a place where we don’t have enough? And if we could get rid of those sunken cheeks, hanging jowls, and turkey necks?

(Not) A Wrinkle in Time! We’re Gaga for Cher at the VMA’s!

The 2010 MTV VMA’s were a feast for the eyes last night, but this sweet treat stole the show!

It takes a big personality with an even bigger wig collection to outshine the divine Lady Gaga, and Cher blew us away!

Check her out in this naughty number which is nearly identical to her legendary “Turn Back Time” sheer Bob Mackie masterpiece. This is eleven years after she sassed her *ss all over that Navy ship of sailors! Cher is still killin’ it at… 64!!!

Besides having won the genetic lottery, Cher has been no stranger to plastic surgery. She has had breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and laser removal of a few tattoos (does she still have that butt tatt?). We’re pretty sure she’s a fan of non-surgical specials as well, seeing how she has no visible wrinkles, blemishes, or spots. Nothing over the top, but enough to keep her happy and hotter than most twenty-year-olds!

What an inspiration to any generation! Thanks for Cher-ing that sexy can truly be ageless!

We’re not talkin’ about the job kind of work! Jenny JWoww Farley gets $30K per episode of Jersey Shore, so she’s all set there.

She needs work as in she needs work done! Plastic surgery style…

All those beers are stacking themselves up on her upper arms, and they’re getting a little flabby… a little liposuction would do the trick here.

Her brow is getting really furrowed as well, and a little Botox would prevent those deep lines from becoming a permanent part of her face as she gets older. Our mothers always told us to stop making funny faces or they would freeze that way… well, if we freeze Jenny’s brow before she wrinkles it too many more times, we’ll keep those wrinkles from getting stuck like that

No “Moore” Plastic Surgery for Demi?

47-year old Demi Moore is so proud of her “surgery-free” bikini bod that she snapped some shots of herself and tweeted them to the world

Now, we know she’s definitely a little attention-starved, but we have to say that she looks damn good for 47! There’s no question about that.

There is a question about her claims that she looks this good without surgery though. Demi is a genetic freak of nature, but we think she’s had some help looking this good.

We know for a fact that she used to have fairly large breast implants (remember the days of GI Jane and Striptease?), so at the very least she’s had those downsized and a breast lift.

According to HuffPo, Heidi Montag suddenly wants to downsize her breast implants!

This comes as somewhat of a surprise to all of us at HSPS since we’ve been following Heidi’s quest to become an “H” cup (“H is for Heidi”), and her transformation from blonde beauty to frozen “putty face”.

“I’m desperate to go back to normal life again”, says Heidi, ironically one week after the tragic death of her plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan. “I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a DD.”

We’re not sure if she’ll live up to this statement, but we know one thing for sure… her new plastic surgeon has his work cut out for him!

Does Rachel Bilson Need Breast Implants?

Rachel Bilson is a beautiful petite girl, but she doesn’t have perfect proportions. This is where a little plastic surgery could go a very long way!

Notice that she doesn’t have the tiniest waist in the world, and even though she’s petite, she still has hips. Her hips are pretty much the first thing you notice about her in this pic, and that’s not because she’s “hippy”. It’s because her chest is so small.

She’s got plenty of curve on the bottom, but none on the top. A pair of moderate profile silicone implants in the range of 300-339cc would give Rachel a nice natural C-cup breast, and balance out her body to create better symmetry and proportion. Breast implants would make her waist appear smaller and give the illusion that she lost a few pounds!

Plus, they would make it a lot easier for her to keep that strapless bikini up No more fashion tape!
