Why Her Cheeks Are Shrinking
Her cheeks aren’t actually shrinking… they’re just going back to their normal, pre-injection, size. Lots of people were claiming that Megan had cheek implants back when the first Before and After pictures surfaced, but I stuck to my guns about her having an injectable cheekbone augmentation, and here’s the proof that I was right. Implants don’t go away, but fillers do! Sculptra and Evolence, which would have been good choices for Megan’s cheekbones, last 1-2 years. Alternatives like Juvederm last 6-8 months.
What She Needs Done
Nothing! She’s freakin’ gorgeous! Just ask Giogrio Armani who just signed her on as the new face for the company’s cosmetic line and the body on their billboards!

She’s had insane amounts of surgery, and i think she’s lost about 90 % of her natural beauty, she looks like the cat lady. She’ll never be as pretty as she was after her first nose job. She should have stopped there.

I agree, she should of stopped a long time ago. There is a lot of beautiful girls/ladies in small towns that look so much prettier than she is..Too bad an agent couldn’t discover natural beauty and talent in small towns. Please, stop by Megan!
